We're not in Kansas anymore Toto!!!!

Well, if you haven't already heard, last night was a very exciting night for us Okies. We had over 28 tornadoes that tore thru Oklahoma and the Kansas area. Oklahoma City was hit hard. Here in Sapulpa we just got rain and lots of wind. Thank goodness! I become really anxious when they start talking tornadoes coming this way. From what I read, there were 5 deaths. I pray of these families and that they will find comfort in this time of loss.

Update on dad:
On April 27th, dad had his heart surgery to fix the hole in his heart. He did amazingly well. The hole was bigger than they had expected, but they got it fixed. Praise God! I just love that man!!

Me:
For a while now, I have been struggling with being over weight. I have finally had enough of it and decided I need to take better care of myself. I don't want to die young b/c I didn't take care of ME!! So, *drum roll please* I have lost 16 pounds so far and I have about 15 more to go, then and only then I will be back to the weight I need to be. Pray that I have the strength to do this to make myself healthier for my family as well.

Riley: School is about over. My very handsome little man will be in the 1st grade next year. I can't believe that it is going so fast. He is still playing T-ball and they have won 4 of the 7 games they have played. He is awesome! He has lost 2 teeth and now thinks he needs an I-phone. Yeah, right little man. Like that is going to happen. I still love you though.

Peyton: Oh, Peyton!! This little kid gives me the run for my money. He is always into everything and his new phrase is " you mean". What he doesn't know, is that I will be the mean mom until he grows up and realizes that mom really loves me and she was not mean at all. LOL
He is now potty trained. Thank goodness. We still use the pull ups at night, but that is it. And his smile is just so bright.

I will post new pictures of the boys when I get them downloaded.
