We will be going to the zoo this Monday. Ryan and I took off work to join Riley and his class at the zoo. Riley will ride the school bus for the first time ever. Ryan and I will drive our car and just meet the bus there. I think Riley will absolutely love it. We are leaving Pay at Debbies, this is just a day for Riley. Soon, we will take Peyton.
Anyone think that SpongeBob is just too much. WE have been watching it since Riley was a baby and just tonight Ryan came home with Sponge Bob Halloween from Block Buster. How could he do this me. Oh the horror!!!
As I am typing this blog my littlest one has his arms out and turning himself in a circle with a really weird face. It is cracking me up. Some of the stuff these kids do is just too much. Like Sunday, we were on our way to church and Peyton and Riley was playing in the back seat. Thankfully they were really behaving and not fighting. Anyway, I hear Riley say something and I asked him what he said, his reply, "NOTHING!" I knew immediately what he said and finally I asked again and this time he says ASSHOLE. I about flipped. I asked him where he learned that word b/c Ryan and I do not talk like that, and he told me that he heard it from a kid at school. My mom has always told me that when they start school they will bring all kinds of stuff home with them. And now I totally believe it. I gave him the lecture of "this is not the way we talk and if you do it again I will wash your mouth out, speach" Hopefully it works.
I will take some cute new pictures of the boys and put them in my next blog. They are getting so big.
My dad is doing wonderful, I just came from mom and dads just visiting. He is getting up and walking alot. He has been going up and down the stairs. May 11th he starts his rehab at the VA, I think that he will either go 3 or 4 times a week. I really pray that they help him get his arm back. He is determined to play the guitar again, and I know that thru God it will happen. It might just take some time, but God is the one that makes miracles happen, and him alone!! We just need to have faith in the Lord, b/c thru him ALL things are possible.
One last thing, I would love for you to go over and visit the webite www.kayleighannfreeman.com this wonderful, beautiful and strong little girl needs lots of prayers. She was born very prematurely and only weighed 1lb 1oz. She was doing amazingly well and then had a surgery, one of many, and every since then they have determined that she is brain dead. Please God, wrap your arms around this family and show them the comfort and love that you have. I know that they will be so hurt and devastated when Kayleigh goes to be with you , but I know their faith in you. Please Lord, just give them peace. Amen.
God Bless,
Jen
